Where we work.
We run one company out of one base in Aurora. Everything you see below is either a short drive from that base or a scheduled crew trip we plan and commit to. Call (720) 520-5201 and we will tell you exactly which one your address falls into.
Denver Metro
Aurora is home. Across the metro we schedule free inspections within 48 hours, and after a big storm we prioritize active leaks first. Where a permit is required, we pull it and schedule the required inspection.
Aurora
Our home base. 1970s ranches to newer east-side subdivisions in hail alley.
Denver
Brick bungalows and post-war ranches with layered roof histories. About 30 minutes out.
Centennial
Big two-story roof planes and HOA color rules. About 20 minutes out.
Brighton
Open plains exposure, wind and hail, plus shops and outbuildings. About 35 minutes.
Commerce City
Reunion-area new builds and the older core. About 30 minutes.
Thornton
Mid-90s subdivision roofs hitting end of life along the 120th corridor.
Littleton
Mature trees, older ranches and split-levels. About 35 minutes.
Western Slope and Mesa County
We are Aurora-based and run scheduled crew trips to the Western Slope. Inspections out here get grouped, usually within the week, and you always get a real date, not a maybe. We do not promise 48 hours on this side of the mountains, because that is not a promise we could keep.
Why we make the drive: after the June 2025 Grand Valley hailstorm, Mesa County's own building department warned homeowners about out-of-town storm chasers doing unpermitted work. Our answer is the opposite of that. Where a permit is required we pull it, and Mesa County reroofs get their required mid-roof inspection at 10 to 40 percent completion, scheduled with the county, with an inspector signing off before the job goes further.
We also serve the Grand Valley generally, including the greater Grand Junction area, on the same scheduled trips.
Fruita
West end of the Grand Valley, plus rural properties toward the Monument.
Clifton
Unincorporated Mesa County, right in the June 2025 hail path.
Mesa County Mountains
The regional hub: snow-load design criteria, permits, mid-roof inspections.
Mesa & Powderhorn
Metal and steep-pitch roofs built for 90 and 100 psf design criteria.
Collbran & Plateau Valley
Ranch homes, ag buildings, and cabins toward Vega.
Whitewater & Kannah Creek
Rural homes on the 50 and 141 corridors where wind does the damage.
Gateway & Glade Park
Plateau ranches and canyon-road properties almost nobody drives to.
