Roofing

Roof repair and leak response.

Not every roof problem is a replacement. A cracked pipe boot, a flashing gap at a chimney, or one wind-lifted course can put water in your ceiling while the rest of the roof is fine. We fix what is broken and tell you plainly when a repair is the smart call.

What We Handle

  • Active leak response
  • Flashing gaps and rusted valleys
  • Pipe boot and vent failures
  • Missing or wind-lifted shingles
  • Clay and concrete tile roof repair
  • Nail pops and exposed fasteners
  • Hail bruising spot repair
  • Sagging gutters pulling on fascia

Water Coming In Right Now

Call the line. It is answered for active-leak emergencies around the clock, alongside fire damage and water damage. Tell us where the water is showing up and how fast it is coming, and we will tell you what to do while we get a truck headed your way. Same-day scheduling for active leaks when the schedule allows.

  • Put a bucket under the drip and towels around it.
  • Move electronics, furniture, and anything paper out of the path.
  • If the ceiling is bulging with trapped water, poke a small drain hole at the low point of the bubble with a bucket underneath. A controlled hole beats a collapsed ceiling.
  • Stay off the roof. Wet decking and wet shingles are how people fall.

Fix First, When Fixing Is Honest

Most leaks we chase come from a handful of usual suspects: a pipe boot whose rubber collar has split in the sun, flashing at a chimney or sidewall that opened up, a valley that rusted through, or fasteners that backed out and left holes. Those are repairs, not replacements, and pretending otherwise would be the easiest way to lose a customer for good.

We use the same grade of materials on a repair that we use on a full install. A patch made with the cheapest thing on the truck is a callback waiting to happen. If the repair uncovers something bigger, we stop, photograph it, and call you before spending your money.

Tile, Shingle, and Everything Sagging

Clay and concrete tile roofs need a different touch. Walking one wrong cracks more tile than the storm did, so we work off the right paths and replace broken pieces with matching stock where it exists. On shingle roofs, wind-lifted courses get re-secured and hail-bruised sections get spot repaired when the rest of the field is sound.

While we are up there we look at the gutters. Sagging runs pull on fascia and push water back under the drip edge, which shows up inside as a stain nowhere near the actual problem. Where a permit is required for the repair scope, we pull it and schedule the required inspection. You get warranty terms in writing with your quote.

Questions We Get

Frequently Asked Questions

Water is coming through my ceiling right now. What do I do?

Call us now. The emergency line is answered around the clock for active leaks. Put a bucket under the drip, move electronics and furniture clear, and stay off the roof yourself. A wet roof in the dark is how people get hurt. We will talk you through the next step on the phone.

Is a repair worth it on an older roof?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. The free inspection gives you the honest math instead of a sales pitch. If a few hundred dollars of flashing work buys another three or four years, that is what we recommend. If you would be spending money on a roof that is finished, we tell you that too.

How fast can you come out?

Active leaks get priority and we schedule same-day when the schedule allows. Standard repairs are usually handled within the week. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and the 24/7 line covers fire damage, water damage, and active roof leaks only.
